Abstract
The paper presents the experimental validation of the coronary blood flow measured from coronarographic images. Measurements of the image intensity along the cross-section lines of the artery were performed on two sequences of coronarographic images: one with the standard injection of the contrast and the second one with the small quantity of slowly injected contrast. Experimental validation was performed using a simple artery model. The preliminary results of the flow calculation show that the error is below 19%.
