  • Abstract
    A 4 W pulsed amplifier design in C-band using Fujitsu GaAs FETs is presented. The block diagram, balance of power and gain of the amplifier are described. Simulation results of the complete amplifier obtained with Genesys software are also given. Some experimental results and parameters of the realized amplifier are presented.
