Equivalent transforms of models, conditions and measurements in relay protection

The objective of this paper is to show that equivalent transforms come as a general approach to the solution of various problems of relay protection. Using such an approach specific methods of informational analysis of fault situation identifiability are developed, as well as method of power system object cascade modelling.
