Abstract
Deals with the functions of automated measurement in automated manufacturing systems. The requirements on automated measuring systems and possibilities of their application are described. Decomposition of the functions and requirements is carried out from the point of view of integrated metrological system that is included in CIM. The authors are submitting some ways of solving the measuring systems based on CCD line sensors. The developed devices are determined for objects moving within the zone of measurement or for measurement in static state.
