Abstract :
The subject matter of this paper refers to the application of optical spectral diagnostics for detection of electromagnetic waves generated by partial discharges. The research referred to two forms of partial discharges generated in oil: of the point-point and surface. The results obtained at this stage of research can constitute only a source material for people dealing with issues connected with electrical material science, diagnostics of insulation systems or electrical discharge physics.
