Research of spontaneous and ionization current in the mixture of cyclohexane and honey

The dissertation contains results of the research on spontaneous and ionization conductance of honey and cyclohexane mixtures. Studies have been concerned with two types of honey that were examined using variable parameter of measurement chamber and X-lamp. The analysis of obtained current-voltage characteristic curve not only identifies a honey type but also gives much data relating to quality and quantity of components as well as regarding their concentration ratio. The method described may prove useful for food examination in the future.
