Abstract :
Millimeter wave amplifiers consisting of two and four MMIC modules are described. In order to compensate differences of amplitude and phase characteristics of MMIC modules and passive devices, process of power combining is controlled by microprocessor. Simple amplitude and phase modulators are included in combiner branches. The RF power detectors connected to hybrid elements ports control levels of phase and amplitude imbalances
