Abstract :
This paper considers specific SPICE model of the P-i-N photodiode dependent on the time function of input excitation. We present SPICE results of the photodiode response on the train of Heaveside input signals. Consideration is carried out using the linear model of the photodiode accounting changes of bias voltage
