Abstract :
This paper discusses the use of Minkowski metric as evaluation tool for multimedia services. It is shown that this goal can be achieved with the special case of Minkowski metric, namely Euclidean metric. To ensure fair evaluation conditions, we recommend the restriction to hyper spherical space
