Abstract
For pt.II see Proc. 23rd Ann. Pittsburgh Conf. on Modelling and Simulation (1992). The method of approximate Lagrangians is used to extend the applicability of reverse-time Lagrangians to nonreciprocal circuits. For some classes of test functions the reverse-time Lagrangian and the classical Lagrangian are equivalent.
