Abstract :
With the globalisation of the Indian economy, Indian managers have been subject to a number of challenges, Such challenges as : (i) management of Indian companies abroad; (ii) management of multinational companies in India; and (iii) management of facilities and services in other countries. While managing a borderless world might have been learnt on-the-job so far, it has become necessary to offer structured training on this aspect in the schools of management in India. This paper seeks to address some of the issues related to management of projects in a borderless world.
