Abstract :
The vertical velocity is small in magnitude, it has been a difficult parameter to be measured directly. Vertical velocity measurements are reported that were made on 17th, 25th and 26th March 1992. Significant correlations obtained between the zenith-x and zenith-y indicate that the measurements are close to vertical velocity. Using the multivariate analysis, the errors are found to be 0.17 and 0.27 respectively.
