Abstract
In the paper, an efficient reconstruction algorithm based on the maximum entropy method is proposed in order to solve the ill-posed inverse problem in electromagnetic scattering. The problem confines itself to a solution of a set of non-linear equations. It is reasonable to apply a conjugate gradient process which can be reduced the effect of the ill-posed characters of the system. The results are given and discussed for different current distributions and the influence of the measurement distance and of the variance of the noise are studied.
