Abstract :
We propose to use a resistive sensor for nanosecond duration high-power microwave pulse monitoring. The designed sensor is sufficiently fast to measure nanosecond duration microwave pulses, can directly handle microwave pulse power up to 70 kW and outputs the signal up to a few tens of volts without any amplification.
