Abstract :
Total quality management (TQM), quality assurance and reliability prediction in current electronic technologies represent really complex organic whole which demands beside the excellent technical background also excellent human skills. Microteaching, as an unusual, illustrative and short training technique, can beneficially substitute or properly supplement standard ways in continuous education in this really complex sphere of interest. This paper shows possible approach to the micro-modular training system as an alternative tool for TQM. It includes general rules and assumption for microteaching application, basic division from proposed chapters to specific micro-modules overview. Each module represents self-contained unit which solves particular problem from selected chapter and it is in direct connection with other modules and which is prepared for both ways training - face to face and self/e-learning.
