Abstract :
In this paper we propose the implementation of a temperature logger that features three functioning modes that will focus on different aspects of the system under test, such as dead time, variation speed, overshoots or stability. This way the proposed system can be used as a multi-purpose logger for almost any kind of applications, ranging from industrial loggers to laboratory loggers. The logger can be controlled using the local user interface or by the means of a PC application. Using a PC application, the user can download the records to a PC for later analysis. The records can be represented in a spreadsheet manner or as a chart.
