Abstract
Implementation of Bologna process in Croatia required that process of evaluation of study programms had to he completed in a short period of time. In this paper Mozvag is presented, a rapidly developed IS with vague business rules and tight timescale. Mozvag was created for support of evaluation of study programms in Croatia using agile methodologies and techniques. Short introduction into situation before implementation of IS and the basics of agile software development are given. Usage of agile techniques in different aspects of development is shown. Paper concludes with lessons learned in developing similar projects using agile software development.
