Abstract :
In this paper, an enhanced motion estimation scheme based on frequency warping has been proposed. In the proposed method the best candidate block is initially obtained and then frequency warping is applied to improve the matching accuracy. The proposed method outperforms the conventional matching strategy, as can also be seen from the experimental results.
