Abstract :
The paper is concerned with the estimation of the movement parameters (velocity, acceleration, jerk, and so on) of a target illuminated by an L-FMCW radar. The signal model is introduced and three relevant estimation methods are briefly described. These methods are then compared in simulations and by the use of recorded radar signals.
