Abstract :
Discrete vector solitons (DVS) are a special class of vector solitons which have been found to exist in discrete media such as, for example, nonlinear waveguide arrays. Individual components of such complex structure are unable to form stable localized structures on their own. In this contribution we explore the DVS in NWA with saturable nonlinearity in a special case in which the components of DVS have the same frequency but differ in polarization.
