  • Abstract
    For several operational amplifier (opamp) applications the designer has to evaluate and characterize the OpAmp open loop gain nonlinearity. This paper presents a dedicated Spice set-up for the voltage feedback OpAmp low frequency open loop gain nonlinearity measurement. The measured OpAmp is used by the set-up as a subcircuit. This setup can be easily included in the design environment and in design flow.
