Abstract :
Comparison of Class E low dv/dt and low di/dt inverters and rectifiers, which may help in circuit choice. Analytical relationships have been derived for the normalized load resistance and other circuit parameters as functions of the transistor/diode conduction duty factor. The optimum operating frequencies, the domains of parameter values and the function of different components are emphasized.
