S-band MMIC 6-bit phase shifter

This paper describes the first pass design and measurements results of a single chip, 6-bit phase shifter. This phase shifter exhibits good VSWR, quite low insertion loss with low variation and correct phase performance over all 64 states across the entire 3-3.6 GHz band. Moreover, the design assures high level of P1dB and good stability with regard to temperature variation.
