Abstract :
This paper presents a pipelined A/D converter relying on a current mode technique. The prototype A/D converter structure composed of current mode building blocks has been designed and then manufactured in CMOS AMS 0.8 mum technology. Finally, the converter and its building blocks have been measured to verify proposed concept.
