Abstract :
In this paper, a new CMOS high performance dual-X second-generation current conveyor (DXCCII) is presented. The proposed DXCCII provides good linearity, high output impedance at terminals Zn and Zp, and excellent output-input current gain accuracy. Besides the proposed DXCCII circuit operating at a supply voltage of − 1.5 V. The application of the DXCCII to realize a current-mode universal filter is given. The proposed DXCCII and its applications are simulated using CMOS 0.35 μm technology.
