Abstract
Dynamic transportation is a broad domain which includes problems from transportation area where information on the problem is revealed to the decision maker concurrently with the determination of the solution. Among the most important problems belonging to this domain are online vehicle routing problems, which involve dynamic decision making with respect to vehicle routing in response to the flow of customer demands. The goal of such routing is to provide the required transportation and at the same time minimize service cost subject to various constraints including vehicle and fleet capacities. The paper proposes the multi-agent platform which supports solving the dynamic vehicle routing problem through simulating activities of the transportation company.
