Abstract
This paper presents a new approach in symbolic analysis approximation of analog circuits. Approximation is executed at the topological level. This leads to the faster analysis of the circuit. The rules to be expected during this approximation are described. In addition, the results obtained by approximation at the topological level are shown for the example of a bipolar amplifier with negative feedback.
