Abstract
In this paper, a novel instrumentation amplifier using current controlled conveyors (CCCII) and grounded active resistor is proposed. The new circuit with no passive elements offers a wide bandwidth about 70 MHz, electronically adjustable gain and a good dynamic range. Theoretical analysis of the circuit has been carried out and performance of the proposed circuit is confirmed through PSpice simulation results. Simulation results show that dynamic range of the proposed circuit is about 4 VT (thermal voltage). The proposed circuit appears suitable for implementation of a variety of biomedical applications.
