Abstract
This work reports approach of the development of 45 cm/sup 2/ area single crystalline silicon solar cells with an all-implanted and furnace annealed n/sup +/pp/sup +/ layer structure, and screen printed silver-based metallization. The low temperature chemical vapour deposition of antireflection TiO/sub 2/ coating was applied. The best 45 cm/sup 2/ solar cell, was characterized by AM 1.5 conversion efficiency of 17.2%.
