Abstract
Paper deals with frequency analysis and measurement of object beating frequency using image analysis of video sequences for biological and medical purposes. Current methods use hardware photosensitive devices or visual analysis frame after frame what is time consuming process. FFT-based method of frequency measurement brings automation of process, removal of hardware devices, removal of subjective error and brings some additive information about behavior of object in time or in frequency domain. Our attention focuses on cilia - biomechanical system of respiration epithelium.
