Abstract :
Current noise evaluation is one of the criteria-s for joints and contacts quality determination. The article describes a system with frequency convertor that enables high sensitivity current noise measurement. The noise of the joints can be evaluated on a very low level - up to the thermal noise level at normal ambient temperature.
