  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a simple electromagnetic sensor based on stacked shorted patches aimed to work at GSM 900 frequency band. The main idea is to join three pairs of patches in a cube-like structure, and to measure the strength of three orthogonal polarizations simultaneously. Each pair of patches is intended to measure one polarization of the EM field. By adding the three received signals it is possible to obtain the total field strength.
