Abstract
In this paper, the phase retrieval method exploiting global optimization is presented. This minimization approach is based on two amplitude measurements in the near-field of the AUT. Two different approaches calculating the error function are presented and compared. The first approach is classical functional method and second one is based on the principle of Fourier iterative method. In this paper, the possibility of using amplitude from only one scanning plane for reconstruction of radiation patterns is also investigated. The comparison of the one-plane algorithm with two-plane one is also done. The all verifications are made on synthesized data of the antenna array.
