Abstract :
The task of a supervisory controller is to stabilise system states within a bounded region defined by the designer. We prove that the fuzzy control system equipped with the discrete supervisory controller is globally stable in the Lyapunov sense. A discrete approach to the solution of the stable fuzzy control system was presented and applied to the balance control system.
