Web 2.0 is a kind of new revolution in the influence of computer industry to the business solutions‥ Web 2.0 gives the opportunity to any user to take a part in creation of huge amount of contents. This content is unstructured and with the questionable correctness, what leads to the problems well known in the processes of knowledge management. The paper discusses possibilities and problems arising from Web 2.0 model usage in business practices.
