Abstract
This paper presents a control structure proposal for output voltage control of a pulse rectifier powered from an electric power splitter with permanent magnets. This system is intended to be used in hybrid vehicles. Specific problems in this area are primarily the necessity to work in a broad range of output voltage frequencies, to provide power splitter output power limitations and to provide a significant DC output voltage increase. The control structure covers up both the full magnetic flux mode and the magnetic flux weakening mode as well. The experimental setup and experimental results obtained on a system with electric power splitter — pulse rectified — load are presented.
