Abstract
We theoretically discuss the influence of cavity mirror dispersion on the properties of intersubband-cavity-polaritons (ICPs) in systems where highly dispersive n-doped layers act as cavity mirrors. We show that in such systems the ICP characteristics are modified substantially with respect to those in the absence of the mirror dispersion. This fact should be taken into account while modeling infrared light emitters based on ICPs.
