Modeling the process of evaluation of scientific research results in Serbia

Business processes modeling has become a trend in modern business. It helps to overcome the problems of complexity, misunderstandings of conducted activities and communication at all levels. This article presents AS-IS model of the process of evaluation of scientific research results in Serbia developed in WebSphere tool. Presented model has provided a better insight into the process and possibility to identify gaps and areas where improvement can be achieved.
