EEG analysis using bifrequency spectrum

In this paper, we discuss the Bi-frequency Spectrum, which is not used quite often in signal processing applications. We present some cases where the use of this method is necessary by means of several synthetic and EEG signals. We also investigate the stationarity concept related to the new bi-frequency spectrum, and hence present a new perspective of stationarity.
