  • Abstract
    A realization of a test system for automated hardware testing is proposed in this paper. A specially designed test board, the PXI Instrumentation platform and a LabVIEW application comprise the base for automated testing. This system has been used in real production for multiplexer device TZ-600 hardware units testing.
