  • Abstract
    Changing a phoneme of a voice signal as to imitate another one is a task that presents no dif?culty at all. However, calculating a set of sound effects that can change any phoneme of one voice into a corresponding phoneme of another target voice is a non-trivial problem. In this paper, we will show that using heuristic methods and signal processing, a set of effects may be found.
