  • Abstract
    Some of the discharge by-products are investigated and identified in SF/sub 6/ in the presence of a polymeric material. Epoxy resin spacers are used as the polymeric medium throughout the study, The results obtained from gas chromatography and gas chromatography/mass spectroscopy are presented.
