Abstract :
In this paper, we present a time-frequency based method for the detection of modulation type in the presence of noise, in cognitive radio communication systems. Cognitive radio communication systems can adapt their receiving and transmitting parameters in order to provide the most efficient bandwidth and prevent inter user aliasing. The performance of the proposed method is compared with that of the existing methods in the literature. Simulation results confirmed the virtue of the proposed method.
