Abstract :
Teaching history and making it interesting is something every history teacher would like to do. Today´s children are often more technically savvy than their teachers. Often, students interested in computers or technical sciences are not interested in history, as they might see it as boring and illogical. We examine a new tool and its applicability to anthropology, ethnography and the teaching of history in schools. We provide examples of how history can be made interesting, interactive, logical and relevant using an on-line social networking tool.
