Abstract :
Biometric recognition significantly evolved during the last decade and today is used on daily basis. Despite active research in this area it is very hard for scientists to compare their results with others mainly because of different implementations and environment conditions. In this paper, we present modular biometric system based on universal schema of biometric recognition process. Modular architecture keeps execution process separated from specific method, preprocessing and implementation of these methods.
