Abstract :
Life cycle cost (LCC) is introduced into product design stage, and consideration of LCC in the product´s design process is the trend of science development. The product´s creditability (RMS) is the most active factor of LCC, only attach importance to RMS when the project begins, can LCC make a real cut down. Fully considerating LCC in the design process of hyperstatic hydraulic support, and applying innovative structure and simple design can promote the RMS and reduce the LCC of hyperstatic hydraulic support, which can bring great economic benefits for enterprises.
