Abstract
The paper presents a group solid-state voltage reference source based on 7 V Zener diodes. The source is software monitored and controlled in order to achieve a stability of the reference voltage required for the national level standard. A supervision of the source also has a great impact on extension of the intercalibration interval. Self control of the voltage source is made feasible by special design which includes controllable voltage reference elements, integrated measurement system and software prediction of the reference voltage. Measurement methods depending on the design are discussed.
