Abstract
New type of electroluminescent printed structures were elaborated. Fabrication of this type of printed electronic elements involved preparation of polymer compositions filled with nanomaterials, such as carbon nanotubes, graphite nanofibers, dielectric and luminophore nanopowders. Ultrasonic stirring and three-role-milling processes were used to obtain homogeneous suspensions. These materials enable to print light emitting structures on elastic substrates like foils, paper and textiles. Carbon nanomaterials allows to produce Ag-free bottom electrode, and printed transparent top electrode.
