  • Abstract
    This paper presents an approach to broadband development in rural areas in the Republic of Croatia. It describes the current state of broadband in rural areas and reasons for uneven development. The broadband ecosystem is explained as well as its importance for successful involvement of population in Internet use. At the end, recommendations are given for better approach to broadband development in rural areas of the Republic of Croatia.
