  • Abstract
    The paper presents a Web-based educational platform that provides a novel easy-to-use and secure environment designed to help teachers employ modern ICT technologies, and specifically Web 2.0 tools, in the education process. The platform enables decentralized creation, management and sharing of learning content. A key element of the platform is access control system, which enables the platform to be efficiently and securely managed by a distributed community of educationalists.
